Should we bring our own bedding?

Linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.

The domain adapted for people with reduced mobility?

The domain is not equipped with adapted lodgings, however, we have a sanitary block equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Should we bring towels?

Towels are provided, however, you must bring your own pool/beach towels

Do we have to clean the accommodation before we leave?

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price, but you must empty the rubbish bins and place them in the containers at the entrance to the campsite.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards (visa, mastercard), cash and ANCV holiday vouchers.

What happens if we arrive very late?

Arrival is between 4pm and 8pm, if you arrive after 8pm, you must inform us by email info@domainedelavitarelle.com or by phone or SMS at (0)7 61 47 70 53

What happens if we leave after 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure?

If you wish to leave after this time, please let us know and we will keep your luggage.
However, we ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10am so that our staff can clean it.

Can we drive our car to the accommodation?

We prefer the car-free area to preserve the peace and quiet of everyone and we want the children to be able to run around freely and safely.
To transport your luggage, we provide you with “trolleys”.

Can I bring a high chair and a bed for our baby?

You can bring your own baby equipment or rent it on the spot, the price of a baby bed is 5€/day and the same for a high chair.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we do accept friendly dogs with up-to-date health records, but we recommend that they are kept on a lead so as not to disturb other holidaymakers.

Can we rent a barbecue?

We do not rent out barbecues for safety reasons, as our area is classified as “high fire risk.”

Is there WiFi at the domain?

Yes, the whole campsite is covered with wifi.

Can we pitch a tent next to the accommodation?

We are not allowed to accept any other type of accommodation on your pitches

What to bring?

Bring some warm clothes in case of a cool evening, a torch and a beach towel.
